Terms of Use

1. About OwlyFinds

OwlyFinds ("we", "us", "our") is a free price comparison service for new and refurbished tech in the UK, operated at owlyfinds.co.uk. OwlyFinds is a trading name of Dmytro Tereshchenko. We aggregate and display pricing information from third-party retailers to help consumers find the best available price. We are not a retailer and do not sell products directly.

You can contact us:

• By post: OwlyFinds, Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool L1 0AH
• By email: info@owlyfinds.co.uk

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using owlyfinds.co.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Price Information

Prices displayed on OwlyFinds are sourced live from retailer websites and are provided for informational purposes only. We make every effort to keep prices accurate, but:

• Prices may change after we fetch them.
• Availability and stock levels can change at any time.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price shown.

Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude any delivery charges, which vary by retailer. Always verify the final price, including delivery, on the retailer's website before completing a purchase.

4. Affiliate Links

OwlyFinds uses affiliate tracking on eBay UK (eBay Partner Network). Links to every other retailer are direct links to the retailer, so we do not earn commission on those clicks.

When you use an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence rankings. Results are sorted by price and stock status, not by commission.

5. User Accounts

You may create a free account to access features such as search history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from OwlyFinds.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access areas of the service not intended for public use.
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on OwlyFinds, including the design, logo, text, and code, is the property of OwlyFinds and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OwlyFinds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices displayed are always current or accurate. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, OwlyFinds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from purchasing decisions made based on pricing data shown on this site.

10. Third-Party Websites

OwlyFinds links to third-party retailer websites. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Visiting a retailer's website is subject to their own terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
