1. About OwlyFinds
OwlyFinds is a free price comparison service for new and refurbished tech in the UK, operated at owlyfinds.co.uk. We aggregate and display pricing information from third-party retailers to help consumers find the best available price. We are not a retailer and do not sell products directly.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using owlyfinds.co.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Price Information
Prices displayed on OwlyFinds are sourced live from retailer websites and are provided for informational purposes only. We make every effort to keep prices accurate, but: • Prices may change after we fetch them. • Availability and stock levels can change at any time. • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price shown. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before completing a purchase.
4. Affiliate Links
OwlyFinds currently uses affiliate tracking on Amazon UK (Amazon Associates) and eBay UK (eBay Partner Network) when those programmes are configured. Links to AO, Currys, John Lewis, Argos, Back Market, and musicMagpie are direct links to the retailer — we do not earn commission on those clicks during our public beta. When you use an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence rankings — results are sorted by price and stock status, not by commission.
5. User Accounts
You may create a free account to access features such as search history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from OwlyFinds. • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access areas of the service not intended for public use. • Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
