Is Amazon Renewed any good? Where it beats Back Market, and where it does not
For the cover, yes: Amazon Renewed gives a one-year replacement-or-refund guarantee and sets battery minimums by grade. For the price, often no: on 24/10/2026 Back Market was cheaper on six of the eight products we read, and Amazon's featured Renewed offer was often well above other Renewed sellers on the same page.
Does Argos price match? And does Amazon?
No. Argos says it does not price match, online or in store, and Amazon says it does not offer price matching compensation (both read on 19/10/2026). Currys and John Lewis do match, with conditions, so a lower Argos or Amazon price is one you can take to them.
