Is eBay's Xbox price safe?
Read the listing before the price. On 28/10/2026 the cheapest new "Series X" on eBay at £567.70 was a white Series X, which is the Digital Edition without a disc drive, a different console from the one in the table. The cheapest new disc Series X from a seller with a record was £763.20, from a business seller with 129,178 ratings, more than the shops; cheaper ones came from sellers with no ratings at all.
The Series S 1TB at £435.10 with free postage came from a private seller with 44 ratings, all positive, located in the UK, who took no returns. It was £83.90 under Argos and Currys, not far enough for our rule on cheap new listings, which shows a listing marked New more than 30% under the shops only from a seller with 500 or more ratings. eBay's Money Back Guarantee covers a purchase paid through its checkout if the console does not arrive or does not match the listing, for 30 days from delivery; it is not a warranty.
